the uniformed protection act
The killing of any uniformed official local, state or federal be deemed an act of domestic terrorism.
As a member of the United States Army Special Operations Force I find it appalling that as I protect the homeland from terrorist abroad, our men and women that protect the US Citizens in their towns, cities, and states are being murdered with only the ramification of a murder charge. This depending on the state could mean that the perpetrator serves less then a life sentence. I ask that our elected leadership pass a bill that states any murder of any uniformed official at the local, state and federal level be prosecuted under domestic terrorism.
