The Right of Movement (Travel)
I hereby propose a new constitutional amendment to the u.s. Constitution.
Right of Movement being necessary for the survival of the People, the right of the People to travel by any means to which they own, lease, borrow, rent, or in any other way aquire, purchase, invent, or devise shall not be infringed.
