THE LAWFUL BEARING OF ARMS AT ANY TIME OR PLACE FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELF-DEFENSE

SELF-DEFENSE AND SELF PRESERVATION IS THE MOST BASIC RIGHT OF THE INDIVIDUAL.

It has become all too clear that any and all laws attempting to keep firearms out of the hands of criminals, both here and abroad, fail to do so and only keep firearms out of the law-abiding citizen. It is also apparent that any restriction to the bearing of arms at any time of place only serve to put the unarmed totally at the armed criminal's mercy.

The right to defend one's self is a natural right, one augmented by the physiological "fight or flight" response. It is a right that is so basic that it was protected by this nation by it's being written into the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution.
