The Hope Law.

This law shall hold a person or persons accountable for theirs actions in criminal cases.

This law would hold individuals accountable for their actions from the time of

their first thought of committing a violent crime to the final action of committing such crimes. Also our Law enforcement personnel and Medical

personnel entrusted to conduct the proper investigative procedures

should be held accountable if their actions should fall short of a

proper investigation. Paragraph 1: It shall be unlawful (a Felony) for

any person or persons having knowledge of a person missing or abducted

to not inform or file the proper authorities or file a missing persons

report immediately. Article 2: In cases of death deemed other than

Natural Causes, it shall be mandatory for the Medical Examiner or Town's

Coroner to conduct a full post-mortem examination to determine proper

cause of death. The post-mortem examination shall include an exploratory

post-mortem examination. b. Death Certificates or Medical records or

findings shall include the following: (1. Immediate cause of death, 2.

due to or as a consequence of and 3.Other significant conditions

contributing to death.). c. If any of these terms are included in the

events leading to death, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner of

town's Coroner should be contacted be a cause of death is issued. C.b.

terms: Accident, Adverse Reaction, Asphyxia, Aspiration, At work,

Assault ( * Including Rape), Bite, Blunt Impact, Burns, Choke,

Contusion, Crushed, Cut, Drowning, Electrocution, Explosion, Exposure,

Fall, Fire, Fracture, Gunshot, Heat Stroke, Hematoma, Hemorrhage,

Homicide, Hypothermia, Hyperthermia, Ingestion, Injury, Intoxication,

Intravenous Drug Use, Laceration, Misadventure, Neglect, Overdose,

Poisoning, Sting, Suffocation, Suicide, Therapeutic Complication,

Toxicity, Trauma and wound. Article 3. Any person or persons convicted of Rape shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. and that or those individuals shall remain on the sexual offenders registrar listing for a minimum of 10 years. And shall report any change of residence, job or any information pertaining to their whereabouts to the local authorities within 24 hours and any failure to do so shall result in violation of this article, punishable by incarceration.
