The BATFE Is Unconstitutional, Shut It Down,
When Law Enforcers break the Law of the Land, it is tyrannical. The BATFE has repeadedly acted on itself as a law making body as we have seen recently with their Arm Brace restriction for AR Pistols. Their existence is in itself a violation of the 2nd Amendment. The purpose of this petition is to call upon all who took the Oath to Defend, Protect, and in the case of the President of the USA, Preserve the US Constitution to adhere to that oath and shut down the BATFE.
Furthermore, the President's Bump Stock Ban executive order, Background checks, Extreme Risk protection order / Red Flag law, Assault Weapons Bans are all violations of the 2nd Amendment and should be repealed.
