terminal 5 time cancer patient with c-ptsd fetal alcohol disorder

i am a 62 year old disabled father of 3 grandfather of 10,i was born with fetal alcohol syndrome and early in life acquired severe c-ptsd and attachment disorder witnessing my mother beat every day and never sober ive had melanoma,a very rare sarcoma thru my chest wall, renal cel carcinoma radical nephrectomy removing left kidney mestasstissist of carcinoma to adrenal glands late stage 4 inoperable terminal,a registered clinical study by fda for immunotherapy, expected lifespan 1 year approx(6years ago)another carcinoma metastasis into my bones resulting in complete replacement of my left shoulder joint with titanium including a piece of bone from someone else that was inserted and i was never asked for consent, prior to surgery a pain block was inserted into my neck via catheter which the surgeon at uw hospital did not document depth resulting in my right lung suffering partial paralysis and the night prior to main surgery a feeling of suffocating,prior to surgery the next morning the same surgeon was allowed to again reposition my pain catheter and being awake i heard her admit to non documentation, i informed the main surgeon dr roberts prior to both surgerys of dilaudid being non effective for me and that only percocet worked sufficiently ,dr roberts 2 months prior was informed the same about dilaudid and still prescribed only dilaudid,, in between surgerys i was in so much pain i canceled the shoulder replacement due to extreme pain,in recovery after shoulder replacement dr roberts again put me on dilaudid and percocet,after 2 days the nerve block was pulled, discontinued percocet and dilaudid and i was sent home in extreme pain with 30 ea, 5 mg percocet, vs 120 ea 30 mg percocet every 2 weeks my main oncologist dr tykodi and i went over this 5 years prior and i have been prescribed 1-2 percocet 30 mg every 6 hours as needed for pain for 5 years, dr roberts is now taking my pain mgmt and i have extreme history of painful debilitating cancer and he is drastically reducing my pain meds and refuses to listen to what works to maintain my pain control, i am a 5 time terminal cancer survivor with chronic pain issues and my quality of life and confidence in seattle cancer care alliance and uw hospital has drastically been offended
