Tell Republicans to compromise or look for new jobs!
Republicans are playing the "it's my way or the highway" game. Tell them to stop punishing America because they want to score political points!
Republican members of Congress are playing politics and refusing to compromise on finding a solution to the country's debt problem. They are clearly doing this to try to make President Obama look like the bad guy and to quietly protect their two favorite causes: millionaires and corporate America. It is all about getting their own way for political gain and fulfilling their promise to "make Obama a one-term President."
ENOUGH! It is time to stop playing games that hurt Americas middle-class, the elderly, and those living at or near the poverty level.
It is time for Republicans to be pressured into behaving like responsible adults and work with the President and Democrats to make sure we do not miss the deadline to raise the debt ceiling. If they are allowed to force a financial meltdown by assuring that the debt ceiling bill is not passed in time, we all lose just so they can flex their political muscle to satisfy their base and the sadly misguided Tea Party.
