TEA PARTY CAUCUS IS IN OPEN REBELLION AGAINST THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
By signing this petition, you call upon President Obama to arrest the Tea Party Caucus and hold them indefinitely, suspending the Writ of Habeas Corpus.
The Tea Party Caucus are in OPEN REBELLION.
President Obama/Lincoln can arrest them without charges, indefinitely, in VIOLATION of habeas corpus, for being in open rebellion against the Federal Government.
IF the Supreme Court tries to intervene, President Obama can stop the funding of the Federal Marshalls, and end the protection of the Court, and order the Court to be closed, by force of arms, until the crisis is RESOLVED.
The Tea Party Caucus can remain in Federal custody indefinitely in Guantanamo Bay.
Snap Elections to fill their seats, under Federal Troops, and under FULL Voting Rights legal provisions, again, NOTWITHSTANDING the SUPREME COURT, which will be CLOSED.
