Tax gun purchases to fund standardized school safety solutions

Please support a law that creates a reasonable tax on all firearm and firearm paraphernalia purchases to directly fund standardized school safety solutions. Solutions should focus on preventing the ability of an active shooter to harm, and increase the protection of individuals inside the school during an active shooter event.
