Support of Sustainable Outpatient Rehab Services in the Home Act & Virtual delivery of CR/ICR/PR bill
We are petitioning for your support of the Sustainable Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Services in the Home Act (H.R. 783/S. 248). This bill would permanently allow MC beneficiaries to receive CR or PR services via virtual telecommunications technology (real-time, audio-video) in the beneficiaryā€™s home. The other topic still needs reintroduced to this congress. Last congressional session it was introduced as HR955/S1849. This bill corrects an unintentional payment disparity for off-campus hospital outpatient CR/PR programs which limits facilities from providing better access to these lifesaving programs for your constituents. We are signing this in hopes of you co-signing or reintroducing this important legislation.
