Sue State Governments for inconsistent and inequitable Child Support Practices

Looking for a group of GOOD people looking to SUE local state legislation for inadequate, inconsistent, and inequitable Child Support Practices

Child Support practices are inconsistent, inequitable, and inaccurate at the state level among payers and payees.

A good parent, paying support, is monitored and ordered to pay monthly for their child?s financial needs, health needs, etc... If payments stop, the local governments will not rest until payment is again captured. Local governments support the collection process if child support is unpaid.

On the other hand...

A bad parent, unwilling to following court ordered parenting time have no threat and no one overseeing and enforcing the process and time. In fact... the parent not getting the time, must go through enforcement at their own cost --- petitioning the court, hiring a lawyer, dedicating the time. Local governments do not actively pursue time enforcement, nor will they. There is not money in that for them.

The reason collection efforts target child support payers, is because local governments gather interest on the cash flow of child support payments. While the payer them-self is taxed fully, the payee pays no taxes, and the state gathers interest.

The process is unfair, it?s a huge blatant scam, and changes must happen and happen swiftly... local states need to be held accountable to equality.

I am in search of a lawyer(s), willing to support this effort. To bring attention to an issue that is long overdue for reform.

If I can bring enough petitioners willing to support the process, it is worth it 10 fold.
