Help put a stop to these workers harming our children child protective services also known as C.W.S. or C.P.S. in Tulare County California is supposedly there to help protect the children in the area then how come they are doing more harm to the children physicaly an mently then the allegations they make against the famies they take the children from. C.P.S. make it hard for familys to get reunited regardless of the parent doing everything they are asked to do.
