Stop the Suspension of Driver License for Unpaid Child Support

I think that it is unfair that they can take your license for unpaid child support. My best friend lost his job, and because he couldn't afford child support, or the ability to temporarily modify it, he lost his driving license. NOW, without having a valid driver's license, HE CAN'T GET A JOB. This needs to change. He's a good dad, and has done just fine for years, until now....
