Stop Prosecutions for Medical Detoxification
To all those reading,
Stop the needless and baseless prosecution of physicians by the DEA and the FBI and the US attorneys office. Too many physicians are being forced out of providing a vital service to those coming off opiates and who wish to clean up and improve their lives. The DEA and the FBI and the USAO instead of investigating illicit opiate imports, sell and use, instead go after physicians and falsely charge them with “distribution” and “trafficking” because medications are legally administered in the office. This is also with incomplete or flat false information given to secret federal jury’s for indictments. Buprenorphine ie: Subtext, Suboxone are not associated scientifically or by statistics with being a part of illicit drug epidemic sweeping this country. I myself have been apart of this persecution and baseless harassment for offering a service to get people clean that is supported by dozens of studies and local statistics. Please decriminalize this waste of government resources, stop pointless investigations and provide away to hold this responsible for falsely slandering and committing libel of healthcare professionals. Junk legal actions should have consequences and if this country wants to get ahold of this epidemic we need this help urgently.
