On the front page of the House of Reps, Committee on Appropriations, website, it states Article 1, Section 9, Clause 7: "No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law;..." So when will the US gov't and thus, the House of Reps Committee on Appropriations and Senate Committee on Foreign relations, which is an extension of the gov't, start to take heed of where their foreign aid is going and what its being used for, specifically Israeli terrorist agenda and genocide of the Palestinian people of Gaza. No more nickels, no more dimes, stop funding Israel's crimes. If this needs to be sent to another agency, please reply back and tell me where to send it (foreign relations, etc.) From a concerned US citizen.
