STOP LOCKING UP DADS WHO CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT!!
If you are a father who just cannot afford child support due to financial status PLEASE SIGN THIS!
There is a big issue that needs to be addressed pertaining to fathers who are either poor , out of a job , or barely getting by month to month and that is incarceration of so called deadbeat dads. Jail/Prison should be for CRIMINALS not dads who cannot make ends meet. The stress having to fear that you have no control over this matter is extreme , make programs to help dads something dont lock them up with real criminals, then at that months or up to a year are you kidding me? Yes children need support , but if some is just not financially capable and is on verge on homelessness or worst why lock them up making it harder for them to even get a job or get their life back together. Please change the law coming from a father who has to deal with my childs mother always having a pity story living off my child support to buy herself stuff and barely my child yet goes to court with a sad "single mom" sob story and gets whatever she wants out of the judge.
