Stop legally kidnapping our children with lies, mistakes and coverups
This petition is to have congress change laws of how cps and acs of nyc should handle cases differently with proper investigation and not automatic removal of innocent children and parents
Please investigate the cps and acs workers they are making false allegations lying in court documents not providing enough proof and have innocent children removed for no reasons without due process violated parents and childrens rights and placing children in inncorect fosterhomes where children are in great danger and at high risk for suffering with medical illness and exposed to abuse this must stop please take your time to review each and ever agency and have these policys or laws reformed so that innocent children dont have to suffer and be taken from their loved ones have the agencies worker tested random for drugs or alchohol or mental illness have them go to doctors and hospital to speak in person to them get medical records from doctors hospitals and bring it to court for proof not just go to court and verbally ask a child to be removed go to school ask school nurses teachers staff friends neighbors family and find out when people call anonymous who they are where they calling from alot of calls are false to get revenge aswell please look at the family educational and medical history of the child as well thank you very muc
