Stop judicial abuse in the 15 district family court in Lafayette LA /judge David Blanchet
I went to law enforcement for domestic violence and also child molestation/child abuse . My daughter came to me scared and worried that her abusive father would be back at our home and stayed to me she did not want to be left alone with her dad anymore because he was touching her inappropriately on her private areas. A DCFS report was made and investigation not properly investigated, judge David Blanchet 15 judicial family court in Lafayette ,LA ORDERED that Amy Cavanaugh to a phychological test on myself and my children…my daughter stated several sexual abuse incounters at the hand of her father. Also, my daughter under went a forensic interview that she stated the same experiences that she stayed with Amy Cavanaugh. Amy Cavanaugh’s report had a final conclusion that I had coerced my children to lie about molestation allegations against their father in which Amy Cavanaughs final report was based on her opinion not facts. This family court ordered that my two children be taken away from me since then I have been alienated from my children by their abusive dad. This abusive man has been allowed to disregard EVERY court order, he is constantly in contempt, and now im being punished in paying child support. Im also being forced to admit to a crime I did not commit and if I don’t I will continue to have supervised visitation with my children that does not happen often because of alienation. I have been arrested for false swearing under oath : accused of coercion/ alleged molestation.my kids are suffering, and both my children are living with their abuser. While my children were with me I took my daughter to the doctor to get checked and the attending doctor at the time referred us to a child abuse social worker in new Iberia ,LA In which after having a few sessions with my daughter In particular she saw fit to file two police records on behalf of my child as her care provider with a diagnosis of having experienced child sexual abuse in the home… this report was never made available for the courts to hear. Also I have had supervision with all great reports with me and my children that have gone swept under with no regard allowing continued abuse to occur.also, when it was time for the Dcfs report to be reviewed in court our worker was out of town and Amy Cavanaugh’s reports have loop holes and lies about me I that report and has been used against me to further have me looked at as an abusive parent when I’m the protective parent. , I was not allowed proper representation, I had to represent myself not knowing the law as a lawyer would . Domestic abuse has been minimized, child neglect, child abuse has gone minimized. …. I called the sheriffs office to speak up about what was happening in my court hearings but the only thing that has happened is that I’m being targeted and being made to shut up about this abuse. PLEASE HELP US! This is cruelty to children and cruelty to me and I’m tired of being abused by this system.. help save my two little children. We are phchologically and emotionally exhausted and distressed.
