Stop HOA from being able to take your home
Ill, is the only state that allows HOA to take your home, help me stop them
The way things are today in this country it is unthinkable that a family that was struggling to make the morgage and had worked out an agreement with the bank to save their home only to have it taken away by a HOME OWNERS GROUP is unthinkable. The laws that allow HOA's to do this shoul d be removed as they only support Property Managment companies many of which don't honor their maintenance agreements and Real Estate Lawyers that charge trumped up Legal fees to homeowners. In my case I truly owed only $1755 in real fees to the HOA. The Management company and the lawyers fees raised that by 400%.
My Hoa's suck! We have tro pay $45 a month that adds up to $540.00 a year!!!!!!!!! Crazy I tell ya
