Stop the H1B Visa

Think global and hire local

My name is Fahim Mollah, and I was born in Bangladesh. I immigrated to United States in 1991 when I was about 10 years old. Like many immigrants in this country

I had a dream of going to college and getting a dream job and enjoy the American dream. For the last four years I have been working as a Software Quality Assurance

Analyst and worked for many big financial companies. I have struggled to get a job

where many of these H1 visa workers are dominating almost every IT environment

i have worked for. The worst part is that they are cooking their resume to get in to

IT field and a fresh out of college student majored in Computer Science is not getting the job, because most job requires 3 to 5 years of IT experience. Lets say you get a IT tech job, most likely you will be working with Indian foreign H1 visa workers who will try to give you negative feed back, so you either get fired or

quit. Once that scenario takes place, they will try to place a friend or some one

they know who is less qualified. It happens frequently because in IT field you are

required to work as a team and they often speak INDIAN language with each other.

I am currently struggling to keep my job , where H1 visa workers are constantly

harassing and bringing nasty office politics to fire someone who is American or

American citizen grew up locally here in the united states.

I ask congress who do you support ? H1 workers who can't vote you to get elected or Americans who voted you to represent Americans? Seriously if you are reading this please ask your self this question. These H1 visa is taking away our jobs and

misrepresenting American value. Think global and help American people get hired local.
