STOP DOMESTIC TERRORISM/GANGSTALKING
Hello. My name is Ryan Judkins I have been being targeted by the Edmonds police department with the help of the people listed below, through I believe SIS or another Seattle security company. This has been happening for the past 5 years. My identity has been stolen, several vehicles, bicycles, 7 cell phones, as well as 5 pages of items. The following people have fraudulently stolen money from a federal bank account, personal bank account, opened lines of credit, applied for loans, sued through district courts, forged titles, had me falsely arrested, hijacked my Google account, Facebook account and 6 email accounts. These workers of iniquity have also stolen cash in the tens of thousands of dollars thus leaving me a dead beat dad without a drivers license. I paid $28,000 to reinstate my license in 2014. There have been electronics from TV's to computers shorted out. Constant threats to my life my families life as well as my daughter and nephews life and sexual well being from the ages of 6. They also threatened children's pets lives if the say anything. My 94 year grandmother died of COVID and your staff stole jewelry from her while she lay dying then to throw salt in the wound they screamed obscenities over her last rights at her funeral. I have had COVID twice since this started. Coincidence?? Probably not! My whole family extended included has had COVID since this. My very elderly Grand mother was the only to succumb to the virus. On that note, I am consistently drugged every day. They have shot drugs into children as well. Yes the same daughter I am supposed to see every other weekend, all weekend, but rape threats to her as well as a false Edmonds police mentally unstable diagnosis (no medical backing) I see her for half a day once a month. Several people in the neighborhood have had electronics fried as well as onboard computers in vehicles. THIS HAS TO STOP!!! I have filed police reports with 5 police departments including tribal, with mayors, senators, governors, the president of the USA as well as the FTC, NICB, FBI, CIA, DEA, SSC and many others. This is state sponsored terrorism as well as organized crime with zero regard for human rights whatsoever!!
