Stop false domestic battery allegations against USA citizens for a reward of legal citizenship for illegal immigrants
To many people are being accused of domestic battery on a spouse to gain a reward a USA citizenship
I am currently facing charges of domestic battery on my husband only because I left him and he is illegal here. If I go through with the divorce he knows his chances could be low for a citizen ship. I have been through Hell with him cheating all the time on me and even he was charged with the same thing on me. I feel like I don't matter I am the victim of physical and mental abuse from him. I tried to keep the marriage strong but I could not take it anymore I was being used. He has had a affair with a Hispanic woman the whole time only to use me to gain a citizenship and i believe to make her legal. It is known if a non citizen can provide a domestic battery against his or her spouse they are likely to get a visa. I have lost everything I am kept from my children and he still has control. I need a voice I am a united States citizen and the real victim. My children need me and I need them and we have to suffer from this.
