Stop the DJI Drone Ban
H.R.6572 - Countering CCP Drones Act

This bill proposes an all out Ban on DJI drones or any aerial object created by DJI for use or sale here in the U.S.
The exact statement is as follows:
To amend the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019 to provide for the addition of certain equipment and services produced or provided by DJI Technologies to the list of covered communications equipment or services published under such Act, and for other purposes.
I dont believe banning drones that many Americans have come to love and enjoy is good for anyone nor our economy.
As an avid Drone flyer and hobbyist, it makes me sad to even think this is a considered bill.
DJI has been a way for many of us to connect through community and as an owner of several DJI drones myself, This is my call to action for anyone who agrees.
Drones have helped me build bonds with people Id have otherwise never met and has helped my mental health in ways not otherwise possible.
So I beleiev you all should support ending this bill and allowing people to keep using DJI drones that weve come to love and enjoy.
Theres numerous reasons why so many people choose DJI from their ease of use as a beginner to creating memories with family. There is NO other company in the World that has the capabilities of DJI Drones so I find it unfair that youd delay technological advances in this field.
I do not believe DJI poses a national security risk as youd imply.
