TELL THE MIAMI BEACH AUTHORITIES TO STOP THE REMOVAL OF THE WOODEN PART OF BOARDWALK IN MIAMI BEACH FROM 23 TO 47 STREET.
This wooden boardwalk was built in the 1980’s. None of the basic design has been changed. Most of the residents feel it is important to hold on to this because of the historic value to the City of Miami Beach, which makes it a valuable asset to the city. People from all around the world visit, walk, jog, run, take pictures on this boardwalk .
HELP US PROTECT the natural dunes in this area. THE DUNES AND PLANTS ARE A NATURAL PROTECTION FROM HURRICANE STORMS. With the removal of the boardwalk and replacement with paved paths, Miami Beach will disturb the natural seaside shield protection to the buildings and streets from storms.
