Death row dog rescue /diana peters owner and operator solicits illegal donations online for dogs that are not in her care and is not registered as a 501c3 to solicit donations. death row dog rescue is not a legal rescue in florida, it states that death row dog rescue is a non profit organization but all money that is donated is used not on the dogs but for personal reasons.. many dogs have died under the care of ms. diana peters and buried in numerous locations such as in miami-dade county and a couple of locations in broward county florida..
