Stop DCFS children trade!!!
I recently filed complaints against the West Los Angeles Regional Office of DCFS Los Angeles County. Mr. Kirkland their supervisor simply told me "If you do not like this placement talk to your lawyer" , instead of protecting my daughter they left her with horrible people who are sexually abusing her. They first convinced my child to lie about my husband and I, and to request the judge to be removed from my custody and live with them. She was removed from my care and I was not even notified by the court, or by DCFS about it! The foster parents are impeding reunification because they have their own agenda, in fact, they gave pitiful excuses to keep her away from me, but they are allowing my daughter to use drugs, and even worst they are allowing their 18 years old son to use her as a sex slave (she is only 15). I am a former Live Scanned Child Care Provider, I am a musician, a teacher, and I have a master degree from UCLA. I am an American citizen , and my parental rights were violated since the beginning. This past summer my daughter was a run away and this foster family was harboring her in their home ignoring the fact that the police and her mom were looking for her. In spite of my concerns about the numerous witnesses and photos of her sexual engagement with her adult foster brother and the overall dangerous behavior in their house also documented on video, DCFS is trying to leave her there because they are lazy and corrupted. DCFS falsified reports, minimized witnesses and evidence to recommend to the court that she should be left in such placement because the family is highly connected to the Los Angeles County, and therefore they have a conflict of interest and bias against me. My other three children are still home with me because I am a good parent, and they could not put their hands on them. But my 15 years old rebel daughter was a much easier target of DCFS' money hungry placement business. When my daughter started running away I had asked them for help and they could not find solutions, but when these people asked to steal my daughter they were very quick. The result? I have seen my daughter only ONCE in six months because these people are brainwashing her against having visitations, and my heart is broken. These placement is also wrong because of the different ideological believes this family has from the ones my daughter was raised with. DCFS does not care about reunification, they are just trying to save their face because they could never admit that this placement is dangerous and hear me saying "I told you so". Moreover, they are trying to help the foster family to adopt my daughter as a malicious act, I am not ALONE! I have spoken to numerous parents who have suffered at the hands of this specific county's revenge, resulting in the loss of their rights as well. I am ready to go on an hunger strike if necessary, in order to protect my daughter from her sexual abuser, and those immoral people who are keeping her away from her mother. Take away from DCFS the right to destroy good families like mine! There are three children at home waiting to have their sister back and DCFS just don't care.
