Stop the curupt system of family courts and cps!
False statement made for emergency custody of my 2 children. Family courts granted custody to my mother. Cps is involved and making my case a disaster. Didn't get a fair court hearing didn't even let me speak. My kids are living in devastation because of this. Visitation is strictly with my mother my son which is 2 all he says is "take me home" "mommy daddy take me and sissy home" my daughter is 1 and she cries and screams when we have to part ways. This is unfair. The system is twisted and it needs to come to an end. Families suffer more and more every day. There is a cause for cps and that is to help kids that are really being abused and neglected. Stop taking kids out of homes for no reason. Keeping kids out of homes longer to make money or to have them adopted out when parents are fighting to get kids back just to get that huge bonus. Parents are being accused of neglect and abuse but kids in the system are being abused everyday. Sexually, mentally, physically, getting raped. Family courts violating rights. Terminating parental rights. That's violating the 14th amendment. I want my babies home and they want to come home to. I'm taking a stand I know a lot of others will stand with me. Let's stand as one fight this curupt system.
