Stop cps harassment.
Child protective service's is no longer about protecting children. It is now used as a leagle way of harassment by people getting revenge and cps getting people into their programs for funding. Cps hot lines should not be anonymous, no the person who is being reported should not know who made the report untill it is in founded. When unfounded the state should press charges for faults reporting and harassment and the person wrongfully accused should be able to take it to small claims court.
Cps should also be required by law to record any meetings with anyone being accused and a copy provided to the accused. In order for a fair defense. When in court playing the he said she said game, a judge will always Beleave cps over a parent even if cps is lying.
While these games are being played there are kids really being abused and killed. Yet no one seems to care, it's heart breaking that this subject gets ignored no matter who you write. I'm woundering if anyone even reads these petitions because i've read a lot of heart breaking stories on this sight.
I always hear let's make America great again, yet so many families in America are living never ending nightmares do to cps and the law.

I my self have recently had 2 hot line calls made on my family all because I tried to see my niece's and nephew that's Tompkins co cps placed with an alcoholic grandmother and the same week I questioned cps about this I got two hot lines.
After the initial visit where I explained what was going on to the worker, it took them 30 day to contact me again after the second visit it has been two weeks and counting so how concerned are they? They know it was a faults report. Thank god it was or they would be the ones comiting the endangerment to the kids with the lack of contact. This is a game to prevent me from seeing my sisters kids and now effecting my family and the grandkids I am raising. I have wrote government officials only to be ignored.
