Spousal abuse of CPS is running rampant in every State and many innocent children and spouses are suffering in every district
I was once a staunch supporter due to my military career and the fact I have daughters, I believed in our justice system, I donated 125.00 monthly to the combined federal campaign for over 12 years between 1971-1989. This was to support protection of my family in my absence.
In 2004 my son-in-law, married to my youngest daughter and his mother stated he could get custody of his minor son from a previous marriage by filling false allegations against any family or individual and their identity was protected that it was ok to do so. I stated that was not right that the agencies were designed to protect families and children. In 2005 he launch a series of false complaints against his ex-wife and her family, and in 2007 he was awarded custody of the son he wanted control of(I was told something different0 in 2011 talking with his ex-wife and realizing what had been discussed between her first husband and myself and his mother and myself in 2004 had in fact came to pass, on three separate occasions the second and third was between 2009 and 2012. Mar 19 , 2009 I was informally investigated for molesting my youngest paternal grandson(this was false) My oldest daughter lost her children all four over multiple complaints and this is still pending after appeal was one we have found numerous faults in the CPS organization thru reporting, torture of children in their care, fabrication of false compelling evidence and several acts of complacent and non compliance of their own directive thru the system. the Bonus system supported by Title IV of the Social Security Act and the Adoption industry have provided a situation that has created an underground organization that's underlining the most important American asset our society produces our children. My daughter won her appeal due to the lack of solid evidence in her case but the facts remain the children were tortured and brainwashed prior to reunification , with whom did DHR chose to reunify the children with me, I asked to be expunged of the allegation made in Mar 2009 and it was refused this left me with no other choice but to protect myself by refusing the children. in Feb 2014 we were shown false demonstrated evidence that was used to make the daughters oldest children search the internet thru a porno site disparaging the family and the mother in the eyes of the older children and has continued since 2010 the year they were taken , so for over three years these children were subjected to mental torture in a foster family( premier of that district) in direct violation of international laws. The two youngest children were involved in a sexual molestation scandal that's still ongoing and they were separated from the family their siblings and mother except for a few short periods for over two years. Many children are injuered or killed in this system and released without any support structure to help them into society and the family connections they need to be productive some make the transition but the
