stop the cps corruption
because my son was well raised should not make him a target for adoption
The whole system was in on it, cause i didnt have the money to hire private lawyers, the public defenders office who i thought had my best interest at hand, gave me all the wrong advise, with held evidence, would not apply the info that i asked her too, ect...
just because i wouldn't abuse my son the way that cps insisted me to do, the judge refused to let me question anything the s/w said! Not only that, she refused to let me change lawyers for someone that would fight for my rights. or questioned anything that i was accused of. Even my sons lawyer was a yes man for cps, never even question was it any truth to what was stated by s/w. even with all of the evidence that i had before the court.
I wasn't even allowed to speak up in court until it was too late and when i did, the judge acted like i was making things up as i went along. Never taking into consideration the condition my son was in. the was no evidence to support any of the false allegations brought up against me. Not one of the character witnesses that show up to court on day one was even allowed to speak on the issue of me and how i cared for my son.
The courts focused more on why my son should be adopted instead of why he should be returned home. thats all the judge commented on was how many people wanted to adopt my son, over 100 or so families was in line just for him alone. And what was it about my son that was in such demand? could it be how advanced he was intelligently?, or how well mannered he was, or could it be how healthy he was? There was not one sign of what he was being taken out of a 100% child proof home. that the courts was not interested in knowing. My son fell one day a scratched his fore head and was taken saying my home was a danger to him and we weren't even in the home. but while in the care of cps, he had received several injuries that were a lot worse damaging to him like BLACK EYES, BURNS IN HIS MOUTH, VERY LARGE KNOTTS ON HIS HEAD, BUSTED LIPS ECT... ALL WITHIN A 30 DAY PERIOD. BUT IT WAS ALL JUSTIFIABLE BY HIM BEING A TWO YEAR OLD KID BUT IN MY CARE ONE SCRATCH ON HI HEAD WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH TO TAKE HIM FROM A WELL CARE FOR HOME WHERE HE WAS LOVED AND CARED FOR BY THE WHOLE COMMUNITY. jUST ONE SCRATCH HE HAD FROM THE TIME HE WAS BORN UNTIL HE WAS ALMOST 2 YEARS OLD BUT THE SEVERAL HARMFUL, DAMAGING ABUSE HE HAS BEEN THROUGH WITH CPS IN CARE OF HIM WAS OK. nOW THAT IM APPEALING THE COURTS DECISION, I AM STILL NOT ABLE TO HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OR CONTACT WITH MY TRAUMATISED 3 YEAR OLD SON WHEN THEY KNOWN FROM THE BEGINNING HOW IT HAS AFFECTED HIM NEGATIVELY.SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE CONTROL OF THESE SADISTIC IN HUMANE DEVILS THAT ARE TEARING APART PERFECTLY FINE HOMES JUST TO FILL THE DEMAND BY PEOPLE WHO CANT HAVE THEIR OWN CHILDREN
