Hello, my name is Matthew Harrington. The U.S. government has put a tracking device in my throat and several biochip implants. I have been a T.I.(targeted individual) since 2006. There are simulated V2K -voices to skull technology being used where I live in Cedar City, Utah. The voices are created through a supercomputer and through a satellite. The voices are 24hrs. a day 7/days a week. Mind control technology is being used on me and others U.S. citizens The U.S. military has used microwave energy to the left side of my head and electro-magnetic energy to torture me physically. Please help to stop covert warfare on our own people. The N.S.A., F.B.I., and the U.S. military are spying and doing research on inmates in prison, mental hospitals, and the U.S. military as well. Certain hospitals are refusing to help me when I need professional help. We have a rogue president who thinks he can do anything he wants with no help from congress.
