Stop the corruption of the CPS and family court system in West Virginia
I am a grandmother of three wonderful children that the CPS took from my daughter who was a drug user and I was band from getting my grandkids cause the CPS worker told the judge I was a danger to them I was never aloud to speak on my behalf in court the worker tryed telling the judge I was under the influence of alcohol but I'm a non drinker and when my daughter told the judge that the worker then tryed to say I was on something but I wasn't I was tired and sore from working the day before I have even took children in and cared for them cause cps was gonna take them and put them in foster care but now they say I'm not fit to care for my own grandkids how can this be the call the CPS got was from the lady next door cause she was mad at me and she told lies on me and the CPS worker lied as well to take my baby's from our family my granddaughter was only one year old I have missed a whole year with my grandkids and my daughter has lost her rights and cps is doing everything they can to keep the children from the family that has been taking care of them I have a notarized custody for my grandsons and they will not even look at it or acknowledge it they are putting my grandkids thru a great amotional distress blocking them from the only family they have . West Virginias CPS needs to be stop my grandkids have never been abused nor neglected a day in there life's we gave them everything we can and my grandkids are good kids with good grades and played any sport they wanted had good attendance in school and never got in trouble in school till they took them from us CPS is taring the family's of west virginia apart just to get more funding they should be shut down and the children that where not abused or neglected should be returned to the family's that love and miss them please I want my grandchildren back but the say I have no rights how is that so I am the grandmother of the mother they are my blood they are my world and even tho I may not have alot of money I have alot of live for my baby's please help us the family's of West Virginia stop the corruption of the CPS and the judges who are not family court judges but criminal court judges who treat parent and grandparents like criminal's and not people .a criminal court judge shouldn't be over a family court case please help I want my grandkids back home with the ones who love them where in this country do you not have a day in court to defend yourself of what they are saying about you I can tell you where west virginia cause I was told I was not allowed to be at any of the court dates that where about my grandkids and the state appointed lawyers are a joke they are on the side of the state and cps not trying to help the people at all I was never allowed to defend the lies they told on me and the CPS worker in this case should not even be a case worker she was fired from CPS in another state and came here to west virginia and got a job working for cps here and they never checked her past work records this needs to be addressed before more children loose their families and childhood because of greedy state workers who don't really care about the children and the families of our state
