Stop Corrupt Fresno County CPS family destruction
Family's destroyed, lives changed forever for the sake of money
I live in the county of, Fresno, in Fresno Ca.
I have lived most of my adult life here, that being said, I have learned which local entities are to be trusted and those that are not.
My purpose here is to bring further attention to the fact that, the very agency's put in place to protect our children is one that cannot be entrusted to make the best decisions for innocent lives! In fact It is obvious that the needs and inherent civil rights of the children and their family's takes no priority at all!
I speak from experience for standing by my daughter as she was railroaded through this corrupt system.
My daughter was severely abused by her daughter's father and separated from him for three year's, eventually deciding
She could no longer bear to be stalked and attacked in her own home, so decided to move out of town to the home she already owns.
Out of revenge for my daughter's move, her child's father pay'd a relative, a social worker to take my granddaughter. Notice I said pay'd. He admitted this in a written statement. The false allegations he made were the whole basis of the county's case and although my daughter had all evidence to support her innocence, it was never allowed to be presented in court. Three years of lies, hiding evidence, changing record's, postponement after postponement, and catering to my daughters abuser due to his family's positions in the system and the money in his pocket.
My granddaughter was left in this convicted criminals home where she had never lived before.
We need watchdogs to monitor what goes on here. The corruption is extreme in this county! Evidently these people have no overseers at all! I petition you to investigate. There are in the system a few good ethical workers who are concerned for justice. There were a few who came to us in private and confided their knowledge, sometimes in tears, about the abuse and violations perpetrated by their coworkers. These few feared for their position's and did not want to be discovered.
How many more innocent parent's in Fresno county are going through this? There is no help here! We have even gone to our representatives.
Serious overhaul of this system is needed now, it is urgent!
