Stop Congress\' pay until the Government re-open
Congress, both house, failed to do their congressional responsibilities
When Congress does not intellectually approach its responsibilities to debate and pass a Presidential budget or to wisely allocate tax payer money, Congress is not doing what they are paid to do. The potential result of increasing the debt ceiling in order to remain open or emergency government shutdowns put this nation at great risk.
