STOP ANIMAL ABUSE AND CRUELTY BY RUSSIAN AND DONETSK TERRORISTS
Hundreds of dogs, cats and other animals are being abused and even eaten(!) by Russian troops and pro-Russian terrorists in Donbass (Ukraine). This is deplorable behavior and must be stopped!
The mistreatment of animals by Russian terrorists within the territory of Ukraine must be acted upon! Inhumane treatment of animals cannot be allowed.
The Congress, the President, the Senate should condemn animal abuse by separatists and Russian troops in Ukraine.

Animals (dogs, cats, birds etc) can't protect themselves, they need our support.
The Donbass terrorists show no mercy. They have plenty of food supplies coming from Russia, but still keep slaughtering dogs and other animals for sport.
