Homeless Fathers Paying (Rolex) Child Support
Divorced father loves and supports his child but now the father is homeless and now going to jail for not paying his child support
I believe its unconstitutional to throw a father in jail for not paying his child support when the father is homeless with no money, no credit,no family, no job, or no car that has been all lost over paying his child support over the last 10 years giving his children everything he has had over the years but now has lost everything due to financial hardship and losing everything and only left to be put in jail for not paying his child support on a contempt order by the child support courts.... I ask and plead to help Support a Act that no father can be put in jail for not paying there child support but to help those fathers in need so they can get back on there feet again so they can
