S.S.I./S.S.D.I. cost of living raise for 2010/2011! We want our earned benefits!
I believe those on S.S.I./S.S.D.I. have been wrongfullly denied their cost of living raise for 2010/2011. The price of everything has only gone up since 2009!
This is a Call-To-Action, that all unjustly with-held cost of living raises be repaid in lump sum to all Social Security or disabled receipients for the years 2010/2011 current.
We were told a cost of living raise did not apply to these years because there was no increase in cost of living. I and my personal month to month bills will/do prove the exact opposite. EVERY bill I have, especially my daughters health Insurance, has increased $15 monthly for EACH of these 2 years. Do the math! That bill alone now cost me $360.00 more per. year than it did back in 2009. Gas has gone up, food cost have gone up, medical and drug cost are always going up.
This was a VERY unfair action taken against those that need every penny of their income to simply exist from month to month. It's time to do the right thing and GIVE IT BACK!
