Spay and Neutering
A petition to make sure everyone must spay or neuter their pets.
I am concerned with the over population of animals in my community. I have just recently heard of some one trying to breed their mutt with another mutt just to get a certain look. She is not a breeder and doesn't have a home for the puppies. I want a petition to make it mandatory to have your pets spay or neutered. The animal shelters are full of dogs and cats because of irresponsible owners like this. Please help me in my cause to save the strays and shelter animals.
