South Carolina is handing out prison sentences that are way too long
My nephew is serving 20 years in prison , mandatory 85%, because he used a credit card that was taken out of a garage. He was 19 years old at the time and is now 27 and he still has 11 years to go. That is ridiculous for a teenager.
