require fingerprint lock on all new guns sold and pre-owned hand guns
Require fingerprint locks on all guns sold effective immediately and any previously sold handguns that can be consealed. Also require medical checkup and background checks on all newly issued gun permits/and or licenses and renewals requiring a physician signed medical form to clearly state form is being required for gun permit or license. Fingerprint locks are done cheaply on laptop computers to prevent theft; can be done easily to prevent unlawful use of guns by unlicensed/minor individuals. This can be done without violating anyones' civil rights. We all need to take responsibility to save lives in action of recent events. I humbly ask for your immediate support due to recent events. I cannot see any reason for anyone to have a problem with this action with the exception of the expense for medical exam which could be government sponsored.
