S.J.Res.6 NET NEUTRALITY A.K.A. GOVERNMENT TAKEOVER OF THE INTERNET

The effective date is November 20, 2011 Unless we tell Congress NO!

Esteemed members of Congress;

There is no clearer example of outrageous abuse of regulatory power than the FCC?s net neutrality order. I am outraged that President Obama is still going around Congress rather than through rendering our members of Congress, useless and obsolete

President Barack Obama infamously promised ? at Google headquarters ? ?I will take a back seat to no one in my commitment to net neutrality.? He recently bragged about bypassing Congress to get his way, saying: ?Until Nancy Pelosi is speaker again, I'd like to work my way around Congress.?

Is that what the American people are to expect from their President, to constantly and consistently skirt congress and acting unilaterally without the approval and authorization of the American people and in direct contridiction of "our" Constitution?

We saw the same thing with ?Cap and Trade? after suffering a tremendous defeat even by his own party, President Obama still enacted his programs and policies not only without the approval of Congress, but with the Disapproval of Congress through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). How does that even happen? And NOW, here we are again, President Obama is trying to enforce his wildly unpopular policies by going directly through the FCC.

Citizens all over America in overwhelming majority spoke out against Cap and Trade and it still happened, just without your consent. Are we to expect that you, our elected official are just a body of ?do nothing?? If you cannot support the American people, and guard our Constitution against flagrant abuses of power and tyranny, is it fair to expect we continue to support you in the upcoming 2012 election?

It is respectfully requested that you vote in support of S.J.Res.6, a Joint Resolution of Disapproval to overturn the net neutrality order as submitted and requested by the FCC and do not allow the FCC to control, regulate, or otherwise have any connection or oversight to the internet.
