SHUT DOWN THE INDIANAPOLIS ZOO!

Animals may not have a voice but we do. It is truly disgusting to hold any animal in captivity. It is sad to think that any animal has to grow up in such small enclosures, which the Indianapolis Zoo has. These are wild animals, which hence the name deserve to be in the wild. Together we can make a difference. Infant mortality for animals in captivity is 65%. Truly sickening. Animals die prematurely in zoos, and are not given the opportunity to live to the fullest. Another thing that is just disgusting is that not only are the stuck in their extremely small cages, but they also are trained to perform tricks like circus pets. They don't get a choice, and they don't have a voice. We do, society needs to speak up and stop this cruelty. What if the tables were turned? Would you like to be in a cage your whole life and have to perform while people gaze, taunt, and take pictures of you? NO. My point exactly. The Indianapolis Zoo needs to be shut down. This is one small step to shutting down all zoos. We need to make this happening. Animal Cruelty is just wrong.
