severance of political bands
i am referring to the words of our constitution to make my petition valid and have numbered them for easier reference my arguement is as stated below
as stated in section 1 and 3 it has become necessary for me to dissolve my political bands to the political entity known as the United States of America the cause which impels me to petition this separation of this is quite simple due to the course of human events happening in the American government i fear you can no longer uphold these truths and inalienable rights that were believed to be self evident by our founding fathers which are stated in section 4 which are endowed by the creator as inalienable rights which are life liberty and the pursuit of happiness further more in section 5 which states that governments were institued by men and have derived by the consent to be governed which i never consented to be governed willingly i have chosen to assume the powers of the earth the seperate but equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's god entitles me to assume these powers of earth and laws of nature because i am God's child and as mention in section 6 you have become destructive as a government you were meant to govern the people whether it be 1 or more persons to ensure them life liberty and the pursuit of happiness but yet you have not done so you made the people unhappy by making it difficult for them to buy much less aquire the means to buy daily neccessary necessities such as food water shelter gas etc which has brought destruction to many peoples lives making them extremely poor and eventually homeless or worse there death which therefore cuts off there means to there liberty to their pursuit of happiness in life which therefore affects there entire existence you let money control God's people which has lead to the destruction of many peoples lives because they can not aquire the means to survive much less live there Life in order to pursue there Pursuit of Happiness and Liberty
so my petition is as follows
1) allow edgar david steinleitner as well as his other known alias
hekate oak la fae and edgar leonel rivas amaya who was born on june 18th 1999 to be recognized as a soveriegn man
2) to be given the amenities as followed 100 acres of land with atleast 1 clean source of water and for that 100 acreage to be acknowledged by the united nations as its own country known as hekate hestia briggatonia ruled by the laws of nature and edgar david steinleitner
3) to accept our barter and trade system known as EVE equal value exchange and we only use metal coins alongside the use of precious and semiprecious gems as our main currency standards we can give you full details on the currency system as well as the laws of the newly founded country during the first initial meeting with the united nations
4) to allow this newly recognized country and its founder to be recognized by the united nations in it's entirety including but not limited to the united nations general assembly and the united nations security council etc
please understand im not trying to reform your governmet but establish a completely seperate member state to the united nations to better assist my fellow humans i want nothing more than to come to a agreement peacefully i would be more than happy to negotiate new terms for this petitions after further discussion and a detailed report on why you have refused my petition terms

3) a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation
4) We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness
5) Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
6) That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness… it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security
