Senate should advise on Supreme Court Nominee

"We The People" demand that the Judiciary Committee at the minimum consider nominees that are made by Obama.

The Senate Judiciary Committee will not even consider any Obama nomination to the Supreme Court. Saying "We believe the people should have this opportunity"

That is not how the Constitution is written. It is the duty of the President to nominate federal judges and is the duty of the Congress to consider them. The people spoke at the last election.

They voted for the people currently in office with the expectation that they would do their job at least through the next election.

They did not put them in place just so they can stop doing their job when they don't like the circumstances.

But that has been to modus operandi of the conservatives since day one of Obama's term. This is by far the worst action they have taken.

They are withholding the Constitutional mandate to advise and consent for any judicial nomination.
