Secure the Border or Relocate ALL Congressional Offices There!

Secure the border and protect our nation! No Amnesty!

We the People of the United States of America petition the Congress to enforce our current immigration laws and secure our borders as outlined in the Constitution (Article four, Section 4). Every member of Congress has sworn to ?support and defend the Constitution? according to the Congressional oath of office enacted in 1884 and therefore is required to fulfill their duty and enforce the law to protect the People of the United States of America as outlined in the Constitution.

The Constitution of the United States of America: Article four, Section 4 states, ?The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.?

Congressional Oath of Office Enacted in 1884: ?I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God. ?

Our nation has been under siege for a very long time and the federal government has ignored illegal aliens and problems that they have caused in direct violation of the Constitution. It is time for the Congress to enforce our law and protect our nation! Illegals are bankrupting our states by using up our resources for welfare, health care, and education benefits. They are increasing our crime rates and causing prison overcrowding. They are increasing the current terror threat and yet our government continues to ignore the problem.

There are a few of simple solutions to this issue:

1) Our elected officials can do their job and enforce the law and secure our nation; or

2) Any member of Congress who refuses to enforce our current immigration law and secure the border has violated his/her oath of office and as such should immediately resign or be forcible removed from office and tried for treason or other applicable high crimes; or

3) If you sincerely agree with Secretary Napolitano and President Obama that ?the border is secure? then you must immediately relocate all federal offices for all members of Congress (House, Senate, Supreme Court, and all Staffers) from the District of Columbia to the border in Arizona, California, or Texas. Relocation of our federal offices may finally provide the necessary incentive to secure our borders ? sense the illegal drug trade, illegal immigrant population, murders, rapes, and other illegal activities have not.
