I am writing on behalf of myself, other parents like myself, and most importantly....My 4 year old son, who is facing alienation from a parent resulting in him and I going through mental and emotional abuse. I, as an American citizen and taxpayer, demand the best interests of the child be enforced. My child's father, who denied him and never wanted him, received sole custody of my child. He has never benefited my childs development or well being, and started this custody battle over his own personal issues with me. And now, the more I researched, more and more families are being ripped apart, because winning and money are being focused on. Our childrens voices can not be heard because they set us up for failure. I have reached out to numerous places including Depew Police Department, Cushing Police Department, Payne County, Attorneys, DHS, and not one person will listen or help me and my baby. Something has got to be done..
