ROCHELLE'S law was originally Submitted May 2016 And Was Taken Lightly In My Opinion. Her Killer received an Insulting 40 Years And Rochelle's Children Received A Life Sentence Without their Mother, Question?, Where is the Justice in that? ROCHELLE'S law would ensure that the Coward who Murder Individuals Leaving their Children without one or both parents Would Be Held Entirely Responsible , By Mandating the Killer to Assemble one or more Products Known to Generate definite income while incarcerated, with 40 Percent of the Profit going to The Children of The Deceased, and 40 Percent going Back into Reproduction of The Product and 20 percent to the Institution that houses The Killer . ROCHELLE WAS murdered 2016 in Rochester, NY By an Associate Leaving 5 Children Motherless and Killing their Major Support System!!! Holidays and so on Are Going To Be Torture, So Why Should Not Her Killer Be Accountable For Making sure Those Children have the financial Support That Their Deceased Mother Was Known To Provide. Get This Congres, It's Possible For the Killers Kids To Visit Him In Prison, It Is Possible For The Killer to Walk The Street of Rochester on Or Around March 6, 2057, And Actually Sit Down And Have Dinner With His Family Again.........
