Childhood innocence ravished my CPS and Pierce County Superior Court neglect and abuse of RCW
Overall in the past year my son and I have undertaken CPS and all of their attacks. My confidential address was given out to my past abuser as well as CPS completely ignored my past domestic violence history with my son's dad. I was discriminated against due to my childhood cps records, which ruined my childhood and still causes PTSD. My worker didn't even look into my participation in counseling and labeled me MANIC. My son was placed in my ex abusers custody prior to even entering the courthouse and getting the order in place. I quickly wrote the Ombudsman my complaint as I felt that I had been violated as well as my son was put in jeopardy. Also they are refusing to take in police reports into their case of Prior abuse to me and my son due to the fact that Pierce County prosecuting attorney's are not pressing charges even though the RCW state in the case of domestic violence charges are always supposed to be followed up. This domestic violence has been witnessed by several credible Witnesses on different agencies and has been something that has been ongoing. I even have a CPS communication agreement written up with my ex 2 eliminate my son seeing domestic violence we were supposed to communicate only through email. I dropped my son off for a visit in may and he was not returned. His father has missed two doctors appointments and refused him to go to a scheduled sleep study. As well as not allowed me to have my court ordered visits. I reported my concerns to CPS and they refused to even start a case or investigate on him even though there had been still more assault issues pending regarding my son as the victim from his father. I even went down into the agency and took pictures as well as all the evidence I had and yet they refuse to acknowledge it. I am now at 3 Ombudsman complaints as well as I have written constituent relations. Local law enforcement refuses to enforce house bill 1021 CHILD ABDUCTION which was put into effect in 2013. My sons emotional developement is shaken by this as was mine at this age. Ombuds will not enforce, cps and supervisors put me in fear of my safety and currently are jeopardizing my son, and yet no change or solution is happening. My son is being held aside by his abusive father n cps is ignoring the abuse. I passed their far investigation with no safety concerns yet no workers want to really address real concerns.
They had removed my son last year without permission. No court hearing and illegally. They are messing with my sons safety, stability, and emotional well being. Recently, my son came to a supervised visitation and was choked by his father.. I have expert witness atatement regarding and also prior pattern of abuse examples. No dependency action is being started, and the police are doing nothing, and ex parte court refuses to even hear or rule. My son is being abused and yet it is ignored.
