Revoke the licensing of dogs, cats, horses, and other pets or farm animals
I hereby request that and propose that the licensing of dogs, cats, horses, and other farm animals is against my constitutional rights, namely:
1) animals are personal property not the states'.
2) animals have no say in whether or not they should have a license.
3) God created the animals, the state has no right to license these creations of God.
4) chickens lay eggs, what came first the chicken or the egg. similarly, the animals came before man and man doesn't have the right to license something created before him/her.
5) God gave dominion over all the earth and every creepy crawling thing on the earth. animals do not creep or crawl unless it is to get under a fence (especially goats and chickens)
6) I'm sure there are more reasons but this should be sufficient.
