REVIEW CHILD SUPPORT LAWS!!!!
To whom it may concern,
The child support laws in this country are bias and unfair, leaning in favor of the mother 90% of the time. All too often are we telling the story of a mother that doesn't work, collecting enough support to pay for their entire living expenses, car and house payments, etc; meanwhile the father is struggling to make ends meet - such is my case. Mother's should be held as responsible as fathers and child support should no longer be a punishment for said fathers, but a means to assist with raising a child. Fathers are unable to even get a second job to assist with moneys being garnished, because garnering additional income, FOR SOME REASON, INCREASES THE AMOUNT THE FATHER HAS TO PAY!!!! Why does it cost more to raise the same child, if I'm only trying to scrape enough money together to live??? Why is moneys being taken from fathers, that could be used by the father, to take their kids to dinners, events, and live life in a good manner? It's atrocious and needs to be stopped!!!!
